Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our ordering process, cancellations are not guaranteed and must be approved by Ellory Kate Clothing. This applies to ALL orders placed with EKC. 

If a cancellation request is approved:

• A 8% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs. Percentage is at the discretion of EKC.

• Any discounted, promotional, sale, clearance, or coupon-priced items associated with the order will be forfeited and cannot be repurchased at the original discounted price.

• If you request cancellation of any item within an order, the entire order will be cancelled. Partial cancellations are not available.

• Any additional items included on the same order, whether discounted or full-price, will also be cancelled as part of the cancellation request.

• Future orders will not be adjusted to honor previously forfeited discounts, promotions, or sale pricing.

• Customers who approved order cancellations will be removed from the EKC VIP group/page. This decision is at the discretion of EKC. No exceptions will be made.

Local Pickup Orders: Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their order from our Charleston, SC location. If a customer selects local pickup but later requests shipping, additional shipping charges will apply. Processing changes from local pickup to shipping may result in delays & cancelled orders. Orders placed as local pickup may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including sizes, colors, shipping information, and promotional pricing. Once an order is placed, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Approved cancellations are subject to the terms above.
