Shipping Information

 

At Ellory Kate Clothing, we work hard to get your order packed and on the way as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Ready to Ship (RTS) items are typically processed within our current posted processing timeframe.
  • Preorder items ship according to the estimated arrival timeframe listed on the product page.
  • If your order contains both RTS and preorder items, your order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through United States Postal Service and other available carriers when needed. You may select UPS at check out if you prefer a faster shipping.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
  • Please check spam/junk folders if you do not see your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

  • Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
  • Carrier delays, missed scans, weather interruptions, and routing issues can occur.
  • Ellory Kate Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Once a package leaves EKC and is in the possession of the carrier, we no longer have control over the shipment.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
  • If an issue occurs, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or locate the package.

Choosing Shipping at Checkout

Please select the shipping option that best fits your needs. Expedited shipping upgrades the transit speed once shipped, but does not change preorder timelines or processing times unless otherwise stated.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their order from our Charleston, SC location. If a customer selects local pickup but later requests shipping, additional shipping charges will apply. Processing changes from local pickup to shipping may result in delays & cancelled orders. Orders placed as local pickup may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
