      📬 SHIPPING FAQ

      Label Created / Awaiting Movement
      Tracking may update after initial label creation. Carrier scans can occasionally be delayed during high-volume periods. Movement often updates within a few business days.

      Tracking says delivered but I don’t have it?
      Please check with neighbors, household members, mailbox areas, and contact your local mail carrier/post office first. Many packages appear within 24 hours.

      I ordered RTS + Preorder together
      Orders ship complete once all items are ready.

      Can I cancel my preorder?
      Please refer to the preorder terms listed at purchase.

      Can I change my shipping address?
      Yes, log into the customers portal (link below) and change the address on the necessary order. The change will automatically be processed through our system.
