Return Policy

At Ellory Kate Clothing, we hope you love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we are happy to offer store credit and exchanges on eligible returns.  To initiate a return, please log into your Shopify account and being the return.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
NO EXCEPTIONS. Items received after this period will result in a fee & return.

To qualify for return credit, items must be: 

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Odor free
     (smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc.)
  • Stain free (including make up)
  • Tags attached (if applicable)
  • In original packaging 
  • In original condition

Items returned damaged, worn, washed, or without tags (if applicable) may be denied. 

Returns received without a packing slip or order number including return details may result in delayed processing of store credit.


Return Type

We do not issue refunds to original payment methods.

Approved returns are issued as store credit or only sent to the email used at checkout or as exchanges. An 8% processing fee is applied to credits.


Return Fees

You will be responsible for the return shipping label cost. An 8% processing fee is applied to credits. Please email help@ellorykateclothing.com to initiate a return. 


Final Sale Items

 The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted items purchased with promo codes
  • Holiday / Seasonal merchandise
  • Accessories
  • Headbands / Hair accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards 

Exchanges

We do NOT allow returns due to how fast inventory moves.


Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email help@ellorykateclothing.com 

Items that have been worn or washed cannot be replaced.

If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please file a claim with USPS or UPS. Please also email and we can help!


Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost return packages. Please keep tracking information.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for store credit only.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Preorders cannot be canceled once submitted.


Processing Time

Please allow 5–10 business days after return delivery for your return to be processed.

Store credit will be sent by email.
